**PROCESS AND DELIVERY
> I work without any deadline (the work usually takes from 1 week to 1 month to be finished). It depends on my health state and the complexity of the commission. If you want to set a deadline, please tell me upfront. I can reject your request if the deadline that you set seems impossible to me for personal reasons.
> I will keep you in check by sending some reviews of some stages of the work (ex. sketch, coloring, background sketch, etc.).
> you’re free to ask me to make minor changes. If there’s something you’d like to change on the final drawing, you’ll have to pay a fee. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change.
> in the end I’ll email you a full-resolution image (my usual file format is PNG).REFUND POLICY (OUTDATED, NO REFUNDS)
> DO NOT request a paypal chargeback. If you do it when you were not allowed to get a refund, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again. Therefore you will lose any right to the commissioned piece. I’ll also have the full right to benefit/profit from the started piece in any way.
> you will automatically lose the rights to refund when I start working on the commission.
> if I have problems completing the order, I can provide a partial refund (it is equal to the amount of work that has not been completed) and mail the current state of commission OR a full refund before I start working.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Available payment methods and how to use them:
Paypal to paypal payment (via an intermediary)
What is a paypal intermediary account? - It's someone else's account, usually provided by an intermediary service, that receives the payment for me and then a person that runs this account sends me your payment straight to my russian bank account with a small fee. I will send you an email of the account and your job is to send a 'friends and family' payment AND send me a screenshot of the successful transaction.
Is it safe to use it? - Yes! Many of my clients have already used this method successfully.
Looks fishy... Can you send me an invoice? - No, simply because I don't own the account to which you send the payment.
Do I have to pay only by friends and family option? - Yes, that's the intermediary service's policy. You do have to pay a fee, so my intermediary receives a full payment.
Can I pay via Boosty instead? - Well, you can if you jwn a non-military card. The sad thing with boosty is that it no longer accepts Paypal. And I also get a bigger cut of payment using an intermediary service (I used to lose almost 15% of the payment when I used Boosty and now I only lose 10%)!
